broken ac multiple requests
the ac in my room never worked! i complained about it every day. they put a provisional ac in the room after two nights, but it also never worked. it was very disappointing. we had to ask multiple times for towels and coffee.

revolving doors noisy air conditioning
the lobby was beautiful. the staff were helpful.
the revolving doors seemed broken. I had to push them manually. when i checked in, i was initially told there were no standard rooms available. the air conditioning was too noisy, and i couldn't adjust it.

The spacious lobby made a grand first impression! The room itself was quite large. It featured a separate shower and bath, alongside a mini fridge stocked with glasses and a convenient food cupboard.

convenient stay near transport
excellent location bus stops shopping centre
the hotel's location proved very convenient i easily accessed both shepherds bush market and shepherds bush stations bus stops right outside the front door were an added bonus i appreciated the proximity to westfield shopping centre and the o2 empire the staff were very cute and made my stay quite pleasant
during breakfast i observed a lack of organization with some shortages i found it challenging to locate cutlery and cups on certain mornings this situation created a bit of inconvenience

the team was cute i felt they tried to ensure my comfort was a priority the attentiveness upon check-in was especially appreciated for my birthday celebrations the offer of complimentary drinks was a nice gesture

the room i was assigned was spacious and comfortable it was on a high floor the room was quiet despite being on a main road the bed was amazing offering a restful sleep after long days rooms are clean

the proximity to the metro station is a real advantage the walk took about six or seven minutes the availability of many bus stops in the immediate area made it easy to reach various parts of the city the access to the 02 academy is quick

complimentary treats apartment upgrade convenient location
The lobby had complimentary popcorn and treats. Such a good welcome. I received an upgrade to an apartment and appreciated the extra space provided for relaxation. The location proved convenient with easy access to public transport, restaurants, cafes, and a lovely green park across the road.
I noticed a minor housekeeping charge was unexpectedly on my bill, which I had to request to be removed.

The restaurant downstairs offered friendly service and a good atmosphere. I found the curry fresh and delicious, and the experience was enhanced because my daughter ate for free, a pleasant surprise. The foyer and restaurant ambience is serene with thoughtful lighting.

The room was gorgeous and spacious, allowing me to move freely. It was clean as new. The carpet felt thick and luxurious underfoot. The bathroom even had a large frosted window into the bedroom.

i appreciated the complimentary popcorn and treats available in the lobby. the staff were consistently helpful and kind . the hotel's location next to westfield made shopping very easy.

weak water pressure old room
the twin room was practical. breakfast was good and moved to a bigger room.
i asked for a high floor, but they didnt consider my request. they offered a room change next day, but it was not done when we returned. the new room smelled old and the shower had weak pressure.
